    Arrival in Entebbe

    Upon your arrival in Entebbe, your personal guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Relax from your journey and prepare for your Uganda adventure.

    Drive to Kibale Forest

    After breakfast, you’ll travel through a beautiful hilly landscape westwards toward Kibale Forest. Along the way, you’ll witness typical rural Ugandan life. In the afternoon, you’ll have time to explore the surroundings of your lodge.

    Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest

    Today it’s time for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest! Together with a ranger, you’ll venture on foot into the tropical rainforest. Listen to the loud calls of the chimpanzees and watch them swinging through the treetops. You may also spot other primates like colobus monkeys. In the afternoon, you’ll have time for an optional walk in the Bigodi Swamp, a paradise for bird watchers.

    Queen Elizabeth National Park

    After breakfast, your guide will take you to Queen Elizabeth National Park. There, a boat cruise awaits you on the Kazinga Channel, where you’ll see hippos, crocodiles, and countless birds up close.

    Full-Day Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park

    Early in the morning, you’ll set off on a game drive through the vast savannahs of Queen Elizabeth National Park. With some luck, you’ll spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, and leopards. Afterwards, you’ll continue to the southern part of the park, famous for its tree-climbing lions.

    Drive to Bwindi National Park

    Today, your journey takes you through lush hilly landscapes and small villages to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. You can optionally visit a village or simply relax at the lodge.

    Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park

    Today is the big day: gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest! In small groups, you’ll hike through dense rainforest in search of one of the gorilla families living here. The trek can be strenuous depending on the path, but the encounter with the gorillas is an unforgettable experience.

    Lake Mburo National Park

    After breakfast, you’ll head to Lake Mburo National Park. The hilly landscape is home to zebras, impalas, and warthogs. You can optionally go on a walking safari or enjoy a game drive.

  • 09

    Return to Entebbe

    Today, you’ll begin your return journey to Entebbe. You’ll make photo stops along the way. Your unforgettable Uganda safari ends in Entebbe. Depending on your flight time, you might have time for some souvenir shopping or a stroll along Lake Victoria.
